This course introduces students to the concepts of innovative thinking and innovation management practices. This course prepares students with the insights and instruction necessary to successfully lead worldwide enterprises or local ventures. Covered topics include organization, strategy planning, policy development, communities, research and development and product management. Students are exposed to issues that challenged real-world organizations.
